职位描述
1. Lead end-to-end procurement processes for goods and services across multiple categories in alignment with business objectives. 2. Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to optimize cost, quality, and supply chain efficiency. 3. Manage supplier relationships, including negotiation, performance evaluation, and contract management. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and ensure timely delivery of materials and services. 5. Monitor market trends and conduct risk assessments to mitigate supply chain disruptions. 6. Develop a localized category strategy aligned with regional market dynamics, regulatory requirements, and consumer behavior. 7. Optimize and standardize procurement processes through AI skills.
任职要求
1. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in IT, HR, Admin and Facility Management. 3. Proven track record of managing complex procurement projects and cost-saving initiatives. 4. Strong sourcing skills, analytical skills, adept at identifying and responding to market dynamics. 5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management, with experience working in a fast-paced environment. 6. Fluent in Portuguese and English, Chinese is a plus.
